I have just replaced the gearbox on my c20let due to the problem below, I have fitted the new box and it does exactly the same as the other box 
When I spin the disc with it in neutral it all spins fine, as soon as I put it into gear it makes a horrible clicky noise.
also with it in gear, if i spin the drivers disc one direction it should spin the opposite disc in the other direction. It doesnt do this, just makes the horrible clicky noise as stated above.
this is exactly what the old box was doing
