im doin some bits ona transit which has been stood for 2 years

removed front brakes to clean them up and copper grease them but i cant push back the pistion there solid. as the calipers have 2 pistons do i need the tool that pushes them back or can i just push one back at a time and cos its been stood for 2 years can they be seized

take cap off the brake fluid, use the old brake pad and some big grips to push the pistons back
