Just replaced my matrix all the fans work but won't get hot :/ any ideas

Could be air in the system but they self bleed so shouldn't be, let the pressure build up then loosen the header tank lid slowly to release any air. If not then probably your thermostat.

run it til hot and then put your blowers on full whack, cap off

as said, sounds like an air lock

Think it's my thermostat :/ tried what you guys said and it hasn't made a difference

check to see if the pipes to and from the heater matrix are getting hot? and that the valve control wire is opening the vavle when you move the control from cold to hot.

Are the heater controls still connected if you have had it all apart?

I only took the bottom of the dash off where the heater matrix is I didn't take the dash out

Have you checked to see that both water pipes are connected to the Matrix?
