as above really ive just finished doing the head gasket and timing belt on my 1.2 8v now it wont start

ive already done the following

checked battery 13.35V power so thats fine
new starter has been fitted
timming turns over freely by hand and ignition
i have a spark from every HT Lead
fuel is flowwing thought not blocked anywhere

not sure what else it can be now

any suggestions ?

Injectors? Bad earth somewhere?

You checked compression on the cylinders?

i did have it running last week but then it died due to running out of fuel then ever since its just turns over but dosent start

Probably air locked if that's the case then. Try bleeding it more

Im not sure where bleed points are on a corsa any more, but you could read this...

Remove the oil cap and get someone to check that the camshaft is turning when you try start it. Bad for the cam snapping on these 8v's.

thanks guys ive just orderd a new fuel filter and NGK spark plugs fingers crossed it starts when there fitted

put more fuel in.

sometimes a 5L jerry can just isn't enough.
