I have a c20ne in my corsa and every now and then the engine light flashes up the car bogs down for just a second. Feels like the car is trying to stall and it proper slows the car down and then it will be fine. Anybody know what it could be? Thanks in advance!

Yes ii do but not sure if it would show any codes as i thought it's ment to stay on for at least 30secs??

Worth a read if you've got a socket.
Could also see if a paperclip test gives you any more info.
Otherwise you're just guessing, bog down usually indicates fuel withdrawal which I'd say filter / fuel pressure but if you're getting an EML then its more likely some thing the ECU has decide to do, could be that it thinks its running rich so it re-adjusts the fuel inputs. That usually indicates air metering is dicky.

Ok mate i will try the paperclip test see if i get any codes.
Also i can hear a relay clicking on and off when it does flash up, I've read that it could be fuel relay overheating and switching off then back on?
Otherwise as you said it could be the air meter as it does feel as if it's getting no power to engine at all.
