Yes , you should have one from the gearbox to the chassis, then on your let loom by the injectors there will be I think 4 black wires with eyelets on these earth to the studs that bolt the fuel rail down, alternator will have a jump wire from the bracket to inlet manifold but that isn't necessary then just the usual chassis to battery - terminal
