You have the MSBlast Worm. go to Symantec.com to download the cure or Microsoft have a prevention patch for it too. I spend my afternoon fixing my pc, couldn't understand for ages waht was wrong!
It stops cut/copy/paste and new browser windows from opening basically. Right pain the ass!
It crashes snchost or something. Not good but easy to fix if you find the right websites - use the one above, download the fixer.
