Just changing my wheels over back to orignal sport wheels and one of the bastard spiggot rings came off still on my rear axle!!

It wont budge, any ideas on how to get it off there??

if its a platic one, just yoink them off with pliers or sommat...

thanx guys had to pay £4.70 for a new one old one snapped cos it was brittle1
