as above. its running really rich since i fitted the new engine and wondered how u adjust it? or is it set by the ecu?

Yup tis the ecu. Getting it chipped won't do any good either cos it only alters the fueling at full revs. Tried seeing if the lamda sensors faulty?

reset the ecu by leaving the positive battery terminal off for an hour , then re connect the battery start the car and leave it for 20 seconds to sort itself out.....do not touch the pedals or rev it up....
