I want mine darkened as they don't look right being red and the rest of the car is black. I was going to get tint spray and put several coats on to make them really dark or take them to a bodyshop and have them painted black to match the paint work.

yes u need them for mot
erm u can get tem done at body shop they mix black paint with lots of laquer so it still workd and looks dark

Legally you're not allowed to do it because they are reflectors as well as fogs, and when tinted they wont reflect.

mine are tinted and still reflect, 2 coats, not black but not bright red either!

i tinted teh ones on my old corsa c with light spray and they are darker than urs and still reflect.


u can kinda see it reflecting in this pic...aint that good tho.

mine also still reflected abit and the fog lights were still very bright! u cud always stick sum reflectors on for ur mot! thats what mate did just put 1 either side ov his plate
