i bot a feza off one of ma mates for £75 JUST TO FUCK ABOUT WITH. Was told the bottom end bearings are away in it. makes lots of banging noise when it revs up. ny1 no what is rong and how to fix it? is it cheap, easy?

find yourself a 1.8 or 2.0ltr zetec lump (common as muck in mondeos, escorts etc) and wedge that into it.

Then strip the rest of the car out leaving only a steering wheel and a cardboard box to sit on, and hey-presto....

you got yourself one mean little mutha of a fester

from a scrap yard.... maybe £150

private sale or re-conditioned engines generally go for more money.... maybe £350

true true, the engine in a fiesta zetec-s isnt too impressive due to the wieght of the car.

put it into a piddly mk1 or 2 shell and granted it would probably do the business
