hello hello hello,
just got my coilovers today and being fitted tomo.

i want to know in advance... how to bloody adjust them. i get these wierd tools that look like wrenches. am i right in thinking i use these to turn the threads?

hope you understand what im saying

when i got my FK coilovers i dident get any instructions, dont need them

u use them wired spanner type things to adjust the suspension mate, its easy enough to work out what to do just by looking at them

u have 2 keys and if u look closely at the coilovers theres 2 bits to wind

fit the key and wind them both together

well thats how it is with mine and they are FK

edited to say they arnt exactley key looking more like claws
