basically i like short gear sticks and im picking up my Gsi tomo, was wondering, i know u have to pull up a bit to reverse, can this be moved down and the metal cut down?

I saw a "guide" about how to do this on a german site but It seemed very difficult...
personnaly I won't be safe driving with that....

i would be able to reach it if it was any shorter
