The round piece of dash directly above the glove box...

How do i remove it to cover it with vinyl?

Take the glovebox out.
There are 2 screws behind the glovebox under the round piece.
Take the vent out.
On the left side of the round piece is also a screw.

Pull the round thing 5 mm 2 the left and take it of.

Could be that there are more screws because I've done it a looong time ago
