been offerd these, can i fit them myself, and will they be ok lowering the car on just 60mm springs, its springs only and standered dampers that are already on the car.

recomended or not?

Cos the standard dampers are to soft and wont be able to cope with goin that low.

i agree!!!! ive got standard damper sona 60mm drop

DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!

u r bouncing all the time!

im cha nging my front shocks tommrow, take ppls advice, dont skimp on it, u will need them in the long run, mine have only lasted 2months. by all means buy the springs, but put some dampers on order!

if i buy the springs the dampers will come within 3months max, just i need the car lowering and cant afford a full kit atm

will this ^^^^^^ be ok, 60mm spring 1.4 sport, 1998.

15" not 100% sure. tho.

and dampers will be on order within 3months, will it be ok?? quick decission needed, this will be the difference in a high car and pissed all weekend or low car and sober all month.

how do you all mean bouncey, i wont be driving down the road and the car boucing like tiger will it?

and will it be fine on just the springs till i save for dampers, on just springs for 3months max, will do about 1500miles

well lol, every bump u go ova rather than absorbing it it will bouncy and be louder... its like going too the corner of ya car and pushing on the wing toill it bounces, it should rise fall and settle.

with worn dampers it carrys on bouncing and then stops will bounce 3-4 times rather than twice

yeh, jsut annoying, i think mine cant get any worse tho lol, its like being on a boat, realy should of took ppl's advice and not tried too do it then cheap way cos now i gotta take um back off too put the dmapers on

i say bugger it, buy the springs and put up with the ride quality which i think isn't too bad, it will look good in the time your saving up for shocks. i've had -60mm G-Max springs on with standard shocks for 8 months and they are still alive and i dont find the ride quality to bad at all, and it looks good!

dont think u can D.I.Y... think u need some spring compressors or summink... correct me if im wrong guys!!
