I'm not sure if this is true, but see if you have non-reclinable buckets with fixed harnesses, can you fail an MOT for blocking ppl from gettin in and out the back?, I know if you had them in then you wouldnt b carryin ppl in the back anyway, just wonderin

no. what about really small cars that have no leg room in the back? would they fail an MOT for having no leg room?
