is it true that to fit new headlights onto my corsa B 1998 the front bumper has to be loosened/removed?

i've taken nine out without doing that.
i just undone the ones in yellow, but can do the one in red.

it really isnt a hard job to take the front bumper off anyway unless it has all been smoothed in.

thats my problem ive smoothed it in , never thought about new lights at the time

I've never taken the bumper off to get the lights in and out it can be a bit of a fiddle but they do go in ok
