I know someone who can chrome but may take a while.

What rocker cover, 1.4/1.6 or 2.0?

Get out the yellow pages mate. Look under metal polishers (as it WILL need polishing before its plated) and then once its polished get it chrome plated. Its not cheap and you'll prob find that the more bits you do at once the cheaper it usually is...
