Right my corsa is currently lowered 40 or 60 mm not sure which but its defo sat on TSW Evo's with 195/45/15

Now I've just been to a TSW alloy wheel dealer and he's told me that the highest offset the wheels on my car were made in was ET40.

Many peeps on here say that anything under 45 is asking for trouble but I need guidence.

The alloy wheel guy said that he's fitted ET40 to plenty of corsa's in his time and never once had a problem with them???? These were et40 6.5 wide tyres

I also asked if ET38 wud be ok and he said yer shud b fine, I then asked at work (Halfords) one of the ripspeed lads said the same thing wud b fine!

Now can sum1 please clear this all up for me cause I need to get some alloys this weekend cause the old ones are going to have to come off due to damage caused by the previous owner!

If they will fit fantastic, if not can u say exactly why?

Cheers!

ET38 is bad for handling, and if the wheel is 6.5" or wider it is going to rub a LOT.

Get an ET45 wheel dont go wider then 7".

Right thanks for taking the time to answer my query.....seems like all TSW alloys are off my list now as the highest offset they do is ET40!

The search continues!
