Can you remove the plastic curved panel above the glove-box on a 98 corsa as the one i have is heavily scratched. If so how do you remove it?

firstly u have to remove the glove box compartment, there are 2 screws surrounding the glove box and 2 inside. next you'll need to remove the vent on the passengers side. this is done by positioning the vent direction facing downwards as far as it could go. then in the two slots above stick a flat head screw driver and force the vent downwards even more. some force is needed. once done, 2 screw are revealed inside. undo these, undu the one below vent. thenvent can be removed. once this is removed, there are 4 screws below the panel u want, undo these and there is another screw on the vent side. undo this and it should all pop out. that ok?

and there is another screw in the centre of the 'roof' of the glove box that you will need to get the glove box out!
