I have a corsa b stealth shelf, but the original carpet is grey and is falling in the holes!!

I have done all my boot with black carpet and have enuf left to redo the shelf in the black.
How do i get the old carpet off and has anyone got any advise for putting the new carpet on??

tbh m8 its all probably glued on with adhesive (cant spell) spray...i dunno if you can heat it up?
