the spray will most probably be for the shaft of the coilover bit....to make it go down smoother......but am guessing its lube of some kind

It will prob be some kind of waxoil to spray on the threads of the coilover body to protect them from going rotten.... If not do it anyway and buy some waxoil because ive seen no end of coilovers go rotten and manky from the english weather...

Piston rod wont need oiling I promise... It will be like a oily waxy substance which forms a hard wax barrier which stops water getting through etc. It will wipe off with a little elbow grease so its not permanent, its a bit like the wax on baby-bell cheese except not red LOL

You set your coilovers up to exactly where you want, maybe play around with them for a week. When they are spot on and youve had a wheel allignment then just spray this stuff all over the threads/ coilover body and spring seat...

Yeah you can, the wax coating just rubs off but every time height is adjusted with coilovers the tracking needs re-doing and you might want to respray with the wax....

you mite aswell get a fixed height kit, cos evrytime you changed it you have to have it tracked again. dont see the point

still worht it for the handling tho.

just put these on the car fecking everthing that can be adjusted in the suspension geometry needs to be adjusted. tracking, camber. bleeding wrecking me head.

never try and adjust this without the proper equipment.

lets just say you can choose the height the car wants to sit, make sure it's even on both side etc. as some brands don't give the drop stated or more than than stated. they remove the what if factor allowing you to set to your personal taste .
