You can't just list a brand of tyre, you need to be specific on a tyre "model".
All those manufacturers have budget wank tyres. For example, some places sell the Pirelli P6000 as a "performance" tyre, when it's only a budget/mid-range tyre.
Find out the most expensive tyre made by that manufacturer and see how far down that manufacturers list of tyres yours fall in to.
