How much do these cost? I heard that Halfords do them but the ones from Vaux might be of better quality?
It's for an Alpine 7893-R MP3 H/U.

vauxhall do em for £25 ish and in all 4 colours (3 silver shades) and darkgrey

you don't need a iso adaptor for any recent stereos (apart from the really cheap ones) becuase they have the option to change them on the stereo wiring loom or you can move a fuse on the stereo 
THe ones in Halfords are £12.99 i think, they come in siver and black but the ones from vaux will be the exact colour and fit
