ordered a 2.0lt conversion kit on monday last week,and wastold it would be here by friday at the latest.
Friday came and no kit,but the money has been taken out of my account.
They said they where waiting on the hubs and would be there by on/tuesday next week.
tuesday now no kit.
rang up again and was told they where waiting on shafts?
when asked that they saidthey had them on friday,they said they came together?
they now say it should be friday for the kit, when asked if theywhere sure they said maybe monday or tuesday instead!

Is there anything i can do?
anyone had this problem?

i'd go ape on the phone and ask for a discount, say u've had to cancel a booking at garage, or u've had to hire an engine crane and now gonna need to hire it again..........

my mate had a problem wiv regal ordering a dump valve and power pipe for his astra coupe turbo. they kept fobbing him off with bulshit bou waitin on parts, not having the colour powerpipe he wanted etc etc. came in the end after he rang em n went mental at the poor girl. told them he had to take a day off work for each of the 3 days it was supposed to come n didnt. in the end they told him everything about the delivery, right down to the registration of the van the bits were in.
surprise surprise they arrived then
just be an arsehole on the phone

Uh ohh... anther PVD Dont companies believe in customer service and TELLING the truth!!

still no bits but have been offered a full refund but if thats like the parts don't know when i'll get that
