Hi, Just got myself a 2002 Reg Corsa C SRI 1.8 16v Today for 5k. The Only Problems Are 1 of front Fogs has smashed from a stone, where can i get these cheap, as i bet vaux want loadsa £££. And 1 of the parcel shelf plastic hinges has broke, where bouts can i get another.

Also can i expect any performance increase from a Viper Induction Kit? or shall i wait for 1 of these Vis induction Kit? And Where is the best place to get one from?

If that your new 1.8 SRi in your avatar, why has it got SXi/early 1.4 SRi alloys on it? It doesn't have the 1.8 SRi lower grill or the mirrors.

I got some stick for my old 1.4 SRi looking like an SXi, but early 1.4 SRis were externally identical to the SXis apart from the exhaust tip and some badges. The 1.8 SRi has always looked different, wheels, grill, mirrors, exhaust, irmscher rear spoiler.

im pretty sure all 1.8 sri before the 03 reg are exactly identical to the SXi apart from badge, after 03 the SRI had new mirrors and grille and alloys so it would be a 1.8 in his avatar

correct,

I should of looked at this before i asked the question about the paint.

it was november 2002 the paints changed over from solid black to metalic, and also the same time other changes were made,

Brighter silver interior colour (on the centre console)

SRi was changed from the standard SXi exterior (mirrors, grills, alloys)

lots of changes around this time,

thus the colour of your car is flat solid black

I assure you its a 1.8 as my insurance is pretty steep. (I was also thinking it was an sxi when i first looked at it) its got 38k btw.

back to the point, would a viper kit make a difference?

I got just a k&n panel and b/b box and I notice that in my 1.8 sri so yes would make a difference.

Have a look at the bastuk b/b on regal too

you should be able to fix the parcel shelf thing mate, i had a problem with mine where the small plastic thing that the parcel shelf held onto kept disappearing into the hole.

I put a small bead of glue around it so that it stopped sliding in.

Failing that you could wrap some clear cellotape round it.
