The map lights on the top one are adjustable, other than that they're identical. They won't work in a Corsa unless you run a perm live up there as the only thing present normally is the door-switched live. If you ran it all off that the map lights would only work when the door was open (or the headlight switched pulled out of course).

i have the bottom one and its is easy to wire in and is alot better
