Whats The Best Inlet Manifold for my 1.6 16v sport, it's already got full exhaust and de-cat, as well as a K&N panel filter and smoothed airbox. Next step is an inlet manifold but can't decide which one. So Was Just Wonderin Which Is The Best.

depends what you want, betwen all 3 of them you wont notice much(if any) difference on the road. plenty of threads about on it, just do a serch form "manzel" "velos" "lexmaul" "dblis"(sp) or the ultimate "throttle bodies"

Yup, Beardy's choice is the best.
Assuming you don't want to go for TBs... define what you mean by "best"?

Dunno really, which is best for performance really. But also which ones are best for value for money and that etc. It's mainly performance though mate.

300 degree cams could be a bit strange on a car i drive to work in everyday
forged pistons would be nice but i dont wanna go to mad with the RPM limit... 7500ish would do me..... dont want and conrods poping out to say hello
questionnnn
whats thats silver thing with the breather pipe going at the bottom of the picture.... i think someone told me before that it was dry sumping being used... the question is wtf is a dry sump
the picture...

dry sump is when the oil is stored in a tank and pumped round the engine etc, rather than stored in the sump..... means engine can go lower and less oil starvation

Legally you should have one on your car siberia, its there to stop you venting oil vapours and noxious gases into the atmosphere, plus a bit of oil, if you didnt connect your breather backinto the air box then you technically could fail an mot

Yes that is correct, should be a brass union, which attaches to ya air box you get it in the mantzel kit and run a pip from the breather to brass union on air box, i have this union at home in my garage i salvaged it from the old air box
