any advice on removing a head bolt that has had the head churned off it?
tried hammering loads of sockets over it........didnt work (wont grip)
tried gripping it with stilsons.........................didnt work (not enough room)
might drill the head off THE BOLT so that the head can be taken off, and remove the other half of the bolt with stilsons?
any advice?
and it had to be the LAST FUCKIN ONE

That doesnt sound good 
Uhm I'd try welding a nut onto the bolt head..make sure its really well wleded on there though.
A squirt of Anticorit may help a little

cut head off bolt
get the head off
it may be free cos the head isnt pressing on it anymore
if its still stuck weld a bar onto it then a second smaller onto the otherside of bolt and then onto the first bar

i think ill try drilling the head off the bolt, taking the head off, the removing the bolt out of the block with some stilsons.

You'll need to check the head for flatness after, as you'll not be following the pattern and could distrot the head slightly, but there's no real way round that.

how did it round off?
Once the head is off the bolt the shaft will undo easily.

using a 10mm socket instead of the correct head bolt socket
they all came out fine exept this one!

yeah if a stud extrractor aint gonna be man enuf then i agree with the idea of loppin off the head of the bolt then usin the stilsons to get the stud out

Get trusty mole grips round it clamp on as tight as u can usually does the trick.
