My car is being a rite bitch to drive recently. If i dont drive it hard it kangaroos down the road, and this happens between 0-70mph. Today it decided to cut out on me as i slowed for some lights.
Sounds like a fuel starvation problem. Anyone know any solutions to why it is doing this. I have just changed the spark plugs and it appears to only have started doing it since then??????????????????

check the gaps on the plugs, sounds like a vacum leak as well...check the condition of the leads and change the fuel filter.

Black...
X14XE engine though, 16v SRi... rare breed...
did you put the leads on in the right order? it is worth checking! Also you did put the plugs in properly didnt you & not cross the threads?? If you did, you may be loosing compression from there & also you would of damaged the head...
Could also be you've not quite plugged the HT leads on securly enough on the coilpack or down onto the plugs!
