this evening i noticed the light just flicked on and then went out straight away, i had been ragging the car a bit and braked sharpish and turned onto the drive when i noticed it. Would this just be the oil moving in the engine bay? im going to check the oil tommorow but it was full about a month ago :S

could be a huge number of things, but i would check the oil evel first. would have to be very low for the light to come on tho. unless you had a leak, or are burning loads of oil, i doubt it would go from full to empty in 4 weeks.

I checked the oil level and it was a bit low so filled it up and hopefully all will be ok
