I'm planning on getting a new exhaust, straight through with a 4-2-1 manifold and a cold feed indy kit! With this extra air flow and speed of exhaust gasses escaping will i need to get a remap for the spark plugs or anything as there will be a more air to petrol ratio?? Any help appreicated!!

Remap your spark plugs 
What car is this? Doesn't matter really because just an induction kit and exhaust manifold will do bugger all, and a re-map (which you can't do to most standard management) will be a waste of time.

An induction kit and manifold won't change the air to fuel ratio either.

If your wanting to tune it look for a Mantzel/Dblais/Lexmaul inlet manifold. Different profile cams, exhaust manifold and a Unichip... Those things will get you the most power.
