just normal primer since all plastic is already "plastic" primered for you.

your car seems to be metallic, so your using a base coat paint, so yes it will def require lacquer, and a good lacquer at that, because its MET and it dose'nt shine near as good a 2k paint when even not lacquered. BTW i would advice to use some of the clear 1k platsic primer, just to be on the safeside, even a spray can platic primer would do, plus don't forget to grit the bumper down abit before using primer.

you can buy a 1 ltire tin of upol plastic primer for about 8 pound or so. It clear stuff and really stinks, its 1k so you can use striaght from the tin into the gun without hardner. I found it was great stuff, sorta melts into the paint/plastic and not just sit over the top like some of those other plas primers. As i said you might not need to primer, but do it anyhow just to be sure your paint is gonna peel after a few weeks. Plus you have a better flexability with plastic primer, less chance of paint cracking if hit After priming with that you could use whatever paint/primer colour you want before you paint the colour coat.
