trying to find more about the cams wats the best kit for my 1,6 sport???

wat do i need and wat gains could i achieve?

pointless unless you want to spend £150 on verniers, £300ish on the cams, £450+ on a remap to run them.

all for 5-8 bhp at the most on standard pistons and thats taking your dbilas into account as well.
