Ok, I own a Renault Megane (as well as a corsa) .
My problems starts here - I was getting a loudish whining/rumbling noise from the passenger side (so I thought), so got the wheel bearing replaced yesterday. Got the car back, and the noise is still there! This means that the other side must be gone as well I take it
I've jacked both sides up (seperately) and for the life of me can't feel any play whatsoever. So I started the engine and ran each side in gear (one side at a time through the differential)
In both cases all I can here is a clattery/rattly noise.
Any ideas?
I'll put a video of the noise I'm getting on the net shortly.
Cheers guys!
