Yes id say so, and cheap too. Mine was shortened around 30% and the gears are alot stiffer. Sometimes have trouble getting them in though.

my short shift kit arrived this morning from lmf have read the fitting instructions sounds easy enough just gotta wait til weekend before i can attemp to fit it

i got mine from www.rallydesign.com
fairly easy to fit, although i wouldnt like to try it with the gearbox fitted

the XE one i had was quite hard to fit and still providing a few problems.

the actual fitting of it wasn't a problem just it seems to foul against the steering rack aND GIVE A very soggy feeling into 2nd and 4th!

Found this on my mates car and on mine, never seems to get mentioned but 4th hits the steering rack and wont engage.
Was fun grinding back the steering rack bracket with the engine in the car

yes and its because the bit on the gearbox used has been corsa and shouldhave been the big block astra/cally one which is longer moving the other end the pivot asway from the rack

i got mine and fitted it when engine was put in. not any problems with fouling or engaging gears. would defo reckomend one
