Ive had new plugs fitted and when i drive the car in the mornings it will bog down when i put my foot down then a few seconds later it will pick back up and will judder slightly...
And when i boot it ,It will idle like from 2krpm upwords and is a pain to drive and then cuts out...
Also when i start it for the 1st time in the morning it will idle at 1krpm then cut out and sometime it will nearly die and then pick back up then down again?
I gave beardy the car a few weeks ago to clean the ICV and to Put new Plugs in...
ive tryed ringing him but no answer and i need it sorting..
Any ideas?

is this only when its cold and damp in the mornings? could well just be damp affecting the ignition system, just spray the connectors & components with some WD-40 and see if it helps, if not try get hold of another ignition coil & also pos. replace the dizzy cap & rotor arm

its not healthy anyways for the engine if booting it from cold, you should always let it warm up first

You cant, you need to get one off another engine.
From the way your car is idling I would say its the ICV.

Im not sure if the C20XE is capable of chugging without the AFM because I dont think it has a baseline mapped
Cleaning an ICV can only do so much.
