Where can I buy this in reels without paying stupid money?
Ebay for a change isn't actually any good, can only buy pre cut lengths, which I might have to end up buying but would rather not.
cat5e is more than adequate but if cat6 isn't much more i'll just go for that.
Probably get away with 50 metres.

if you were local i could get you an entire reel from our local companies cabling contractors 
in fact i think we may have a reel in our patch room il have a loot and let you know, wont be too hard for me to half inch it

it is TBH, but considering that cabling is used in a lot of new builds these days they sell the majority of the stuff needed.
