Why is it when ever you try and sell anything electrical like my digital camera do these twats swarm round it like fly's around shit and try and scam you 
I can see them coming from a mile off so i cancel the bids, but i shouldnt have to do this for a service which i pay for!

they only target high cost small items so its cheaper to ship but they retain a high value, camera's, pda, mobiles ect.
ebay dont care as they still get your listing fee lol.
you can block over seas bidders ect though do that, or ban people bidding who have low feedback.
