Woke up this morning and my mobile phone has been barred. Have no idea why and can't get through to the customer services because it has been barred. I get so far and when they transfer me after I've given them details it cuts off.
Tried using my other phone to call, and it just did the same?
Anyone else had a similar thing happen to them?

I got that message the last time I called. Will try phoning back later.
Can't understand why it has been barred though. I pay by direct debit and theres plenty in my account, so it can't be that I've not paid my bill.

This happened to me and I too struggled to get through because it was barred, but i managed it somehow. Can't remember how tho, sorry Just keep playing.

Phone lines are goosed today
As mentioned call 07973100150 from a landline option 1,2 _> questions about your bill.
Its most probably a cock up with oranges billing system, or your bank. Or youve run up a huge bill and they have barred int in case it has been stolen

I had a problem with 02 once. Phoned them and they sorted it out.
