Does anyone know if the import PS3's will play British Games,DVD,Blue Rays etc?

PS3 consoles aren't region locked but the game publishers have got the option to lock certain games. The only thing you need to change is the power lead - kettle/pc power cable as the ps3 has built in multi voltage switching.
1 question though, why bother? you can get ps3's over here with a couple of games for £350 and you will have a full uk warrenty

You don't pay duty on electronics, it's 0% rated, only 17.5% VAT if it's worth more than £18.
Oh and the gift thing hardly ever works, especially if it's being sent by a courier.
