Gave them a ring a few days back about getting my 360 fixed. I told the guy I've only had it since January and he come's back with 'Well your warrenty runs out today'. I refused to buy that claim and asked about the recently extended warrenties to which he informs me, 'that's only applicable if you have the 3 red lights'.
I told him I'd only had it 10months tops so there is no way I could be on my last day of the warranty. He says he'll 'have a word with with his supervisor to see what he can do for me'. I'm thinking this is bollocks.
After about 10 mins on hold he comes back with, 'I've spoken to him and he says we can do you it even though it's your final day'. Almost as if he's done me a favour.
Fucking joker.
He then explained the whole UPS label thing and I asked if I could leave it with the UPS drivers at work and let them take it away. He didn't have a clue what I was talking about and began repeating the label instructions again.
Fucking hopeless.

xbox isnt that bad, mines never had a problem.
as far as bush is concerned i think mav bought a bush telly everyone told him not to and he did anyway and it went wrong
