Right had a problem with it not starting about a week ago ish and narrowed it down to the crank sensor, all that was fine and sorted.
The about 2 days after this is coughing and rather hesitant at times but only realy at revs below about 2.5k, its also been cutting out and more often than not will not start with a turn of the key but it bumps fine.
Any ideas will be very much apriciated as i bought this car as my run around while my other corsa is off the road

Well i say run around but it was only bought for the engine and seeing as there was mot on it i thought i may aswell tax and insure it and run it for abit and sort out any problems i may have with the engine rather than buying an engine i dont know the condition of and having to try and work out why it doesnt run.
There is a little bit of logic there

Its had a new rotor arm on it and the cap is fine.
Ive got some new leads and plugs, changed them when i put my new crank sensor on and it wouldnt start with them but started with the old leads and plugs.
I think im gonna have to try and get it back to mine so i can have a proper look at the big pile of poo!

my mates did this.
if you bump it its fine, butwont start at all normally.
was to do with the wiring to the fuel pump and a dodgy regulator iirc.

Well the wiring to the fuel pump seems to be ok with no breaks and is getting a full circuit, changed the leads and plugs.
It does start but the cuts out after a few second of spluttering.
Any idea's people

Have you checked your ECU is dry, the sealeant for my wiring loom that ran thru the bulk head had a slight split in it, th rain water was running down into the ECU, worth a look.
Check all your wiring, sensors, wd40 them.
