when they fit [ads they should grease the pad ends to stop them squeeling when braking

sure its not a wheel bareing(sp)... does it get louder when you go faster?

will be discs and pads on the 1.8

probably a build up of dust, remove the wheel, remove calliper, clean the pads and disc with brake cleaner, clean the giudes in the calliper, put a tiny amount of copper grease on the lugs of the pad and the guide on the caliper, remove excess grease and re assemble.
