Advice and how to do it needed PLEASE?

Went into a performance garage today just to ask for advice, and ive been told i will need to drill holes etc, and would take 3hours for a pro to do. so that means it would take me all day to do then! I just presumed all the holes were there from the original seatbelt fixing points? (but probably me thinking stupid)

the rear of the car is stripped out, and i do have some fixing plates aswell & harnesses are attached to eye bolts.

Cheers.

as you can see in the above pic from my old smokey, the rear bolts were you take the standerd seat belts out, on the outer side near the door bolts to where the metal rod thing is and the other side will bolt onto the subframe of the seat
