fuel pump needs to be from a multi point injection corsa

cvs depend what shafts you use!

bearings depends what cvs you use

If you order this kit

http://www.chrisastleymotorsport.com/product_info.php?cPath=23&products_id=2632&osCsid=f018deaf7b5193c024f43316b33a61d7

you would need inner and outer cvs (should come with donor if you buy a car but not if you buy an engine)

and yes you would need new wheel bearings too

With Dave A's kit you just use Corsa Sport wheel bearings. He supplied me with inner and outer CV joints aswell. But I had problems with one of them being too long on the inner end so it kept poping out. If you get this just get the grind off the end of one of the inner cv's to stop it popping out .

Edit: Only grind off 1mm or two at the most!

Still if there meant to go together there should be no cutting or grinding needed

As for changing shafts etc all you need is gsi shafts and some mk2 cavvy inner cv's and they will fit in standard hubs

Biggers shafts arnt needed unles you have silly power

The shafts themselves arent what id worry about, chances of breaking them are slim but with the bigger shafts you get to use the bigger CVs and the CVs are the weak part of the transmission
