I was follolwing this guide to remove the standard hd i removed the grub screws but anyone know where i can get the pins to remove it or a tool that may do it? dont have the pins

1. take out grubs screws
2. insert pins and pull
3. undo loom and areial
4. remove screw at back of cage
5. bend cage to take out (it is easier to undo the wire on the cage if yopu drop the ashtray assembly down only 4 cross head screws not enough slack in the cable otherwise)
6. fit new cage
7. put in loom for stereo (swap over the 2 lives usually red and yellow, connect red to yellow and vice versa)
connect areial with adapter (depending on the unit this is ona flying lead so might be easier to do with unit half in cage through the ashtray)
8. try it before ppushing fully home
9. if it all works push it fully home
10. replace ashtray assembly
11. tidy up
12. put old unit somewhere safe to refit when selling car later

pins can be bought from halfords for under a fiver,

if you dont want to use pins.

use 4 thin screw drivers its more fiddly but do-able
