i would like to change my standard back box for a nice oval. not to big. and i dont want it loud! i cant stand it droneing on doing ya ears in. i want it sounding almost factory standard with a little purr.
so what can anyone recommend i get? and not just a tail pipe!

i have also had my cat emptied out as it crumbled and restricted gas flow. i need a new one for mot, how much am i expecting to pay for a x12xe cat?

I don't know about the cat but for the exhaust, if you go to a specialist and tell them you want it to have a nice purr, then they can do it to that.
