ocz is great ram. i'd agree with what aaron has put, but scythe ninja for the HSF
and 9800gts as card, the 88gt is a bit pap, will be letting your system down.
i'm also a fan of seasonic psu's over corsair psu's, but thats just me
and the chip, if you wanna game, get that dual core aaron mentioned, if not get the q6600 quad

yes, but most 88gtx's use different pcb's iirc.
