hello. I have a 1.2 16v corsa just wondering if i can use 1.4 discs if so will i have to use different calipers? thanks also what size are the 1.2 discs and i believe the 1.4 ones are bigger so what diametre are they ? cheers

I believe that both should be 236mm solid discs.

if you want to use discs of a 1.4 sport or sri they are vented you may as well just do the 2ltr convertion if you want better stopping power

i thought they were slightly bigger than the 1.2 ones can they be swapped straight over ?

the 2ltr brake set up can be switched over just as easy as putting the 1.4 ones on as long as your runinng a 15inch wheel or bigger so the wheel don't foul on the cailper.the 1.4 discs are the same size as the 1.0 and 1.2 as letgsi16v said 236mm and 1.6 discs are 256
if your using solid one there 12.7mm thick and vented are 20mm thick.so all in all depending on what discs you want to use they are the same so if you wanted bigger ones go for 2ltr or 1.6 convertion hope that helps
